VPLCT0147 is a quick-release detachable tow bar kit. Fitted to Discovery Sport vehicles, the kit provides a removable tow attachment that can be fitted when towing is required and removed when not in use to preserve rear appearance and access. Compatibility is limited to 5-seat and 5+2-seat models without an underslung spare wheel and excludes Dynamic derivatives; vehicles fitted with the trailer assist option require a target tracking sticker. Towing capacity is dependent on engine, powertrain variant and seating configuration - confirm fitment and capacity against your V.I.N. before use.
Please note: For 5-seat or 5+2-seat vehicles without an underslung spare wheel; not applicable for Dynamic derivatives; a target tracking sticker is required for vehicles fitted with the trailer assist option; capacity dependent upon engine, powertrain variant and seating.
