Land Rover Part Number: VPLGP0367 - Deployable Side Step - Left Side, SWB
VPLGP0367 is a deployable side step for the left side of short-wheelbase (SWB) Range Rover and Range Rover Sport models. Fitted to the underside of the body sill, the assembly extends automatically when a door is opened to provide a boarding tread and retracts when the door is closed or when vehicle speed increases. The unit is a body-side assembly that includes the tread and mechanism interface and is driven by an electric motor and linkage; mounting brackets, motors for both sides, associated wiring and control modules are required to complete the system. The design keeps the step stowed within the vehicle envelope when retracted, reducing aerodynamic drag and helping to avoid contact with roadside obstacles.
Please note: For SWB fitment the following additional parts are required: side step right side, mounting bracket and motor left side, mounting bracket and motor right side, fender cladding kit, electrical installation kit and ECU. Part price only.
