WCD000860 is a catalytic converter downpipe assembly that forms the front section of the exhaust on Range Rover P38 V8 models specified with a catalyst. Fitted to the 4.0L and 4.6L V8 petrol engines, the assembly channels exhaust gases into the catalytic converter and contains the integrated catalyst element which reduces harmful emissions during normal running temperatures. It also provides the structural connection between the engine exhaust outlet and the vehicle underbody exhaust components, maintaining alignment and sealing at flanges and joints to help prevent exhaust leaks.
