XPB101290 is an indicator, horn and headlamp dip switch fitted to the steering column. It provides the driver with control of the left and right indicators, horn activation and the headlamp dip (high/low beam) function. The multi-function switch contains contact tracks and internal switching elements that close the appropriate circuits when the stalk is moved or the horn contact is pressed, and it interfaces with the steering column wiring harness and the vehicle's lamp and horn relays.
